Gregory Stuck, Esq. is a trial attorney and the founder of Stuck Law Firm, A Professional Law Corporation, a personal injury practice representing seriously injured clients in California, Florida, and Ohio, with offices in Los Angeles, Orlando, and Toledo. Over his career, he has personally handled hundreds of cases and helped recover more than $200 million for injured clients.
Licensed in Seven Jurisdictions
Gregory is licensed in California, Florida, Washington, Ohio, Arizona, Georgia, and the District of Columbia. Injury law changes at every state line, and holding seven licenses means his clients get an advocate who can follow a case wherever it needs to go.
The Path to Plaintiff’s Work
Gregory graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where his commitment to plaintiff’s work started early. He introduced a personal injury course at the law school and revitalized the local trial lawyers association, developing trial skills panels to strengthen trial education for students.
During law school, he clerked for plaintiff firms across the San Francisco Bay Area, working on catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. That experience cemented his commitment to representing people who are outmatched by insurance companies and their defense lawyers.
Building a Trial Practice
After becoming licensed, Gregory practiced at a large Los Angeles plaintiffs firm, where he handled hundreds of cases and restructured the firm’s pre-litigation department. He then founded Stuck Law Firm, A Professional Law Corporation, where he continues to litigate personal injury cases through trial.
Recognition and Bar Leadership
Gregory is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognized among The Top Trial Lawyers in America, with membership limited to less than 1% of U.S. attorneys. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since becoming an attorney.
He is a member of CAALA, CAOC, SFTLA, and CCTLA, and serves as an honorary board member of LATLC, where he volunteers his time to support the Los Angeles community.
Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Gregory has traveled to more than 30 countries, rides a Triumph Bonneville, practices amateur barebow archery, and builds high-performance computers. At home, he answers to a four-year-old cat named Nariko.
How He Works
Clients work directly with Gregory. His practice is built on fast, aggressive case development, straight answers, and relentless advocacy from intake through resolution.
